Chocolate Brownie Recipe

Hello everyone,today's post is another recipe as Its nearly Easter it would be nice to share with you a few Easter treat ideas. This recipe I used from The Great British Bake off baking book and its really quite easy. I have never made them before but they turned out better than I was expecting.I hope you enjoy these baking posts! 

Ingredients
200g butter
200g caster sugar
100g bar dark chocolate
4 eggs
75g plain flower 
25g coco powder 
step1-Firstly,add the butter to a saucepan and heat a little.
step2-Next, add your chocolate to the pan and melt until the butter and chocolate are combined.

step3-in a separate bowl whisk together the castor sugar and eggs untill light and frothy.
step4-once the chocolate and butter are melted add them to the egg mixture and whisk until its all combined.
Step5-sift the coco powder and the plain flour into the mixture and fold in.
step6- pur into a greased tin and bake in the oven for 20 minutes,gas mark 4, 180 degrees C, 350 degrees F. 
Step7- turn the brownie out of the tin once cooled and put onto a cooling rack. Then cut the brownie into smaller square pieces.
