Caramel Crisp Easter Squares

Hello everyone, Yesterday I made these Rice crispy cake bars and posted on Insta if you would like to see a blog post and so many of you said yes! It was so lovely to see that people were interested! They would be amazing for Easter Gifts or even change up the decoration for different occasions. So I thought I would share with you how I made them...

IngredientsRice Crispies
One bag of Dairy Toffee
One small bag of marshmallows
1 Tbsp Butter
Sprinkles for decoration
white chocolate

  1. Begin by melting the butter and toffee's in a saucepan on a low heat, making sure the toffee's do not burn. Make sure to keep an eye and stir regularly.
  2. Once this has nearly melted add the marshmallows.
  3. Once everything has combined and melted, take off the heat and add the rice crispies.
  4. Take a rectangular tin and use a little butter or spray to grease the tin.
  5. Pop all of the mixture into the tray and leave to set for around 10 minutes.
  6. Melt some white chocolate and add a little pink food colouring and pop it into a piping bag.
  7. Drizzle the chocolate all over the tray bake.
  8. Now sprinkle over some sprinkles and add a couple of edible chicks.
