Visiting Broadway and Cotswold Lavender ...

4 Aug 2019

Hello everyone, I really hope you have all had the best weekend. I think this weekend has been the best weekend I have had all summer...

So I thought I would share with you what I got up to this weekend. On Friday I started the day with editing a Youtube Video and being as productive as possible and then in the afternoon, myself and Sam took a trip to Cotswold lavender in Broadway. We got to the lavender fields at about 2:45 and there was no que to enter which is fab, because a lot of the time it can be really busy to get into these sorts of things. There was an entry fee of £4, however, if you are planning to spend a day here and take a picnic along with you, its definitely worth it. We spent about 20 minutes to half an hour walking around and taking hundreds of photos. This was honestly a perfect spot to get photos for the gram.

After walking around and taking in the scenery, we had a quick peep in the gift shop and then we went on over to Broadway which is a really quaint little Cotswold village just 10 minutes from the lavender fields.

We had a look around the little shops and stopped off in the local fresh food store which had the most amazing fruits and vegetables. We picked Sam up some olives and then went on to get myself an ice cream. I think we can all see here who's the healthy one in the relationship... So I got myself possibly the best ice cream I have ever consumed at a little local tea room, they were selling 99 ice creams outside in a waffle cone for just £2, which is such an amazing price as the Cotswold villages (especially Cheltenham) can be very expensive.

I honestly had the most wonderful time and got some really cute snaps. On Saturday we popped into town and had some lunch in the NR Social, which does incredible food and then later in the evening Sam was djing out in town so me and my good old pal Moll went for a little boogie. It was one of the best nights out I have been on in a very long time and it was made even more special knowing Sam's the one providing the bangers...

So all in all, a really lovely summery weekend with my favourite people...

see you next time
